These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nagag88 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using nagag88 and, if you have already registered an account, request account closure by contacting our support team at support@nagag88.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on nagag88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
- You are accessing nagag88 voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by nagag88 or any affiliated operator.
- You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or placing bets.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of nagag88 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
- You acknowledge that online betting involves financial risk, and that you are wagering funds you can afford to lose.
Identity Verification (KYC)
nagag88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid identity documentation. Acceptable documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
- Valid Bangladeshi passport
- Other government-issued photo identification accepted at the operator's discretion
nagag88 may request additional documentation at any time if there is reasonable cause to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
To access real-money games, sports betting markets, or any other wagering feature on nagag88, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a fictitious name, a name other than your own, or information belonging to another person. nagag88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on nagag88. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nagag88 will close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and may forfeit any balance held across those accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. nagag88 will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@nagag88 immediately.
- Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Do not allow another person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — this is available as a standard feature and strongly recommended.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify support@nagag88 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
nagag88 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly, we will work with you to investigate and, where possible, recover losses attributable to fraudulent activity.
Account Information Accuracy
You must keep your account details up to date at all times. Any change to your registered name, mobile number, email address, or payment method must be reported to support@nagag88. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and may result in temporary account restrictions while identity is re-verified.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
nagag88 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players are advised to check the cashier section of their account for the current list of active payment options.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nagag88, although your individual payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your nagag88 account in real time. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard are typically processed within a few minutes. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank or BRAC Bank are credited within one to two hours depending on the time the transfer is initiated.
All funds deposited into your nagag88 account must belong to you. You must not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, and you must not use a payment method registered in another person's name. nagag88 reserves the right to request evidence of fund ownership at any time and to freeze account balances pending investigation where the source of funds is unclear.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed the same day for accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC). For other withdrawal methods, processing times may vary. nagag88 does not charge any fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which nagag88 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. nagag88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of amounts that are significantly larger than the player's typical transaction history.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- Withdrawals requested while an active bonus is in play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings — see Section 5 for full bonus policy.
- nagag88 reserves the right to split large withdrawal amounts into multiple instalments if required by payment infrastructure constraints.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name will not be processed.
Account Balance
Your nagag88 account balance reflects the combined total of your real-money balance and any active bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within the platform. Wagering requirements are applied to bonus balances only — real-money winnings derived from non-bonus play are always withdrawable subject to the standard withdrawal policy above.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
nagag88 operates a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Conditions
- One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player, per household, per IP address, and per device. nagag88 may decline duplicate bonus claims at its discretion.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the promotion terms.
- Maximum bet rule: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum bet per spin or per round applies as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unmet bonus balance will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry window is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Withdrawal during active bonus: Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance. The withdrawal will proceed for the real-money balance only.
Promotional Calendar
nagag88 runs promotions aligned with culturally significant events in Bangladesh including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, Independence Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL season, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. Specific promotional terms for seasonal offers will be published on the platform no less than 48 hours before the promotion goes live.
Abuse and Fraud
nagag88 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and other forms of promotional exploitation. Where such activity is detected, nagag88 reserves the right to void any bonus balance, void any winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the associated player account without prior notice. Any real-money balance (derived solely from the player's own deposits and non-bonus winnings) will be returned to the player following an investigation period.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the nagag88 platform. Game-specific rules and sportsbook rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on nagag88 are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the Betting Rules section of the platform. Key general rules include:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), nagag88 reserves the right to void the affected bet at its discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. nagag88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice at any time.
- Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published on the platform.
- nagag88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or event for any player at any time.
Casino and Slot Games
All casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and arcade games available on nagag88 are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. RTP percentages are published and maintained within the range certified by the provider's independent audit.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nagag88 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — nagag88 reserves the right to determine that conduct not explicitly listed below nonetheless constitutes a breach of this Agreement if it is contrary to the spirit and intent of fair, responsible gaming.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other point of interaction with nagag88.
- Minor access: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
- Multiple accounts: Operating or attempting to operate more than one player account on nagag88.
- Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or benefit from your account balance.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering, matched betting, arbitrage, or other techniques designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
- Money laundering: Using nagag88 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games on the platform without a human operator.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to nagag88, other than in circumstances of genuine unauthorised transaction fraud.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a pricing error, game bug, software malfunction, or platform error to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
nagag88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery that the account holder is an employee or close family member of an employee of nagag88 or its partners.
- Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
- Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to the dormant account policy).
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support@nagag88. Upon receiving a closure request, nagag88 will process the request within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigation into your account activity.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to exclude yourself from the nagag88 platform due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, you may request self-exclusion by emailing support@nagag88 with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately — no retention offers will be made, and no cooling-off period will be applied before exclusion takes effect. Dormant Account Policy
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. nagag88 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address and mobile number before applying any dormant account administration fee. The dormant account fee, where applied, will not reduce your account balance below zero. The specific fee amount and the schedule of deductions are published in the cashier section of the platform.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of the nagag88 platform should be directed in the first instance to our support team at support@nagag88. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter will be subject to the dispute resolution procedure published on the platform.
nagag88's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by nagag88.
